I’ve been going through a personal journey of recovery over the last few years, having had chronic head pain. Thankfully, there’s nothing medically wrong with me aside from some locking in the jaw and tension around the neck, which is part of the recovery. Still, it’s become evident that I will only fully overcome this by listening to my deep inner guidance and learning to do less, relax, and open up to more of life.
